Registration

- Please fill out this google form to reserve your child a spot in the clinic.
- Complete the 2025 Endurance Youth Field Hockey Registration Form (Signature needed).
- Once completed, you can email it to: EnduranceYouthFieldHockey@gmail.com or bring it the first day of the clinic. Athletes need to submit a signed copy of the registration form in order to participate.
- Submit a registration fee of $250 via venmo: @EnduranceYouthFieldHockey or send a check made out to: Baugher Endurance 75 Lake Street Waltham, MA 02451
