Complete the2026 Endurance Youth Field Hockey Registration Form (Signature needed).
Once completed, you can email it to: EnduranceYouthFieldHockey@gmail.com or bring it the first day of the clinic.
Athletes need to submit a signed copy of the registration form in order to participate.
Submit a registration fee of $280 via venmo: @EnduranceYouthFieldHockey, send a check made out to: Baugher Endurance 75 Lake Street Waltham, MA 02451 or bring cash/check to the first session.
